This is the NomadHaul fleet onboarding and contract-intake form. After you submit, NomadHaul will review your company profile and prepare the appropriate Fleet Service Agreement before terms, SLAs, carrier access, and users are activated.

Fleet Trust Tier starts at B after contract approval.

Good Standing unlocks BB → BBB → A → AA → AAA over completed volume milestones. Higher tiers unlock better payment terms, premium carrier pool access, larger slot reservation limits, custom SLAs, and rate-corridor flexibility. Late payments, repeated cancellations, poor readiness, or contract violations may downgrade (BB → B → CCC → C- → C → Termination Review → Contract Terminated).

This is a mock onboarding for prototype purposes. No data is submitted, signed, or verified. Final access, terms, and SLA configuration are activated only after NomadHaul contract review.
